I wanted to let you know I really enjoyed the Grumpy Pup class and feel Cinnamon did real well with it - we both learned a ton! Was incredibly impressed with how you predicted EXACTLY how she'd react and "grow" as the class proceeded. You were right on the money!

Cinnamon progressed real well. Was quite impressed with the one class where we were all in the same room (out of our barricades) and Cinnamon was actually sitting and laying down with the other dogs in the same room. Never thought I'd see it; expected her to be climbing the walls trying to get to the other participants.

I was equally impressed with the last class (on the street) with her progress and how close she came to the other dogs without going bonkers!

I'm very impressed with you, your predictions and prognoses, and the K-9 Insight Obedience School in general and will recommend you to ANYONE seeking help with their dog.

My Pit Bull mix Molly is a recent graduate of your winter Grumpy Pup class. I am very happy to report that I have not had a single incident of Molly's aggressive behavior since the class ended, and she has had plenty of opportunities. She even spent 8 days at Pet Camp in San Francisco recently. At Pet Camp she played with the other dogs every day and never got into trouble. I was actually amazed. I still carry a baggy of Nature's Balance with me on our daily off-leash romp in the park and that's all that's ever needed to keep her calm when a strange dog comes around.
